Returns and Refund policy

We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 15 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package. There is no cash refund.

 

When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order mailing us at contact@ttkhealthcare.com with your order number and with the text 'CANCEL ORDER' in the subject line.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping. If you wish to cancel an order that is being shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to your order.
